Then change the ‘script’ and attract a new ‘cast’!
Have you noticed recurring ‘themes’ or ‘patterns’ in your life?
These may be linked to your choice of partners and the quality of relationship you’ve had with them. Perhaps with your career path and success – or lack of it.
It may seem as though ‘The Secret’ has just eluded you, and passed you by – and no amount of Intentional Visualisation, Requests to the Universe, Tapping or ‘Believing it is already so’ is actually working for you.
Well you’re certainly not alone!
Your mindset and what you believe about yourself, about your life and what you deserve, are the key factors in the creation of your present reality.
You can change your conscious choices and even do some cognitive-behavioural work and goal-setting exercises. But, and it’s an important ‘but’… if your sub-conscious belief system doesn’t agree with it – it cannot happen for you!
Only by realising this and getting your brain into a state that is receptive to the script being re-written, can it actually be changed.
You can now edit out the sabotaging and restricting beliefs and behaviours – and replace them with revised, helpful, enhancing and growthful new beliefs – which are a much better ‘fit’ with your adult life than those former beliefs you’ve been holding since childhood.
Even those blessed with a happy and loving childhood may have picked up some negative ‘programming’ from school – peers and teachers – or from religious teachings. Those old beliefs are now obsolete and of no use to our adult lives.
It’s time to find out exactly what our own limiting beliefs are – and more importantly to change them for the better.
