QPP works at the deeper sub-conscious level – the place where long-lasting change can occur, and from where we can rebalance our emotions and moods, change ingrained thought patterns, and rewire and harmonise our brains to work FOR us rather than against us!
QPP is now a self-help method which anyone with average intelligence will be able to put together for themselves – a bit like flat-pack furniture with the parts and instructions included.
You will have all the components of QPP contained within the 12 ‘modules’ which will enable you to carry out your own ‘at-home’ QPP session. This is then followed by three weeks – of at least half an hour each evening – listening to the specific sound track(s) which come in the QPP package, plus your own personally-recorded audio track.
Research has shown that experiencing real changes to the self-concept takes at least 21 days – and that behavioural changes for more stubborn difficulties can take a bit longer (66 days).
The stages of QPP are:
Preparation & Assessment – you will have clear guidance about how to prepare yourself for your QPP session. The difficulties you have been experiencing in your life are then assessed (for later comparisons to be made), and your current S.C.R.I.P.T. (c) beliefs are revealed.
Priming – of your body, mind and brain to be receptive to your new, positive and more beneficial sub-conscious beliefs.
Revising & Repetition – the editing and ‘reprogramming’ of your old unhelpful S.C.R.I.P.T. beliefs – which are released during the session. These are then replaced with your new, positive, supportive, liberating and empowering statments and phrases, and reinforced with your ‘audio homework’.
After at least 21 days you then complete an updated ‘self-assessment’ of your earlier difficulties – which enables you to make comparisons, and see the changes that QPP has brought to you!
I created QPP in 2011 both for professional and personal reasons. I’d realised for many years that the conventional talking therapies didn’t – and couldn’t – make significant and lasting changes to the more deeply held sub-conscious beliefs, and that without finding a way to make such a change any initial improvements might only be superficial and temporary.
I’d also wondered for several years – since my 20s and 30s – why my own life, and choice of partners, kept following a negative pattern, when I knew that I wanted so much more. I was somehow stuck in repeating the same thinking and behaving that worked against me…in all of my relationships, at work and with my personal finances. Whenever I made progress I would somehow mess things up for myself – and I was sick of it!
I trained as a counsellor in 1994 and as a psychotherapist (Masters Degree) in 2002 (and I qualified to supervise the work of other therapists in 2003)… yet I STILL kept repeating my deeper programming and conditioning – and that was in spite of four years as a client in psychotherapy!
My childhood abuse and trauma were still directing my life ‘script’ and I needed to find a way to become free of their negative influence upon all aspects of my life.
In 2007 I started deeper research into, amongst other things, the brain and conscious mind; and into the sub-conscious mind in 2010. I then combined some of what I knew from my many years of professional experience as a psychotherapist, with some of what I’d learned in my training and practice as a kinesiologist (which incorporated energy medicine and energy psychology), I integrated brainwave entrainment and added a healthy dollop of my new insights from the Quantum sciences…..and QPP was created.
In 2012/13 I wrote a book about QPP called – Into Minds – an introduction to Quantum Psyche Process.
At that time and for a while afterwards I intended to recruit and train other practitioners in using QPP with their clients.
After receiving several requests for QPP sessions from people around the world – and having to apologise for not having anyone trained in QPP in that area – I decided to transform QPP into an online self-help method that anyone could access, and thereby gain the benefits of an improved set of sub-conscious beliefs for themselves.
